Ordering and Shipping

To avoid damage and disputes with shippers, most of the clocks for sale must be picked up or personally delivered.   The following applies only to smaller less-fragile clocks which can be entrusted to commercial carriers:

• Packing and shipping charges are extra and will be quoted at time of order.Payment may be by check, cash, or money order (sorry, no credit cards) and must be received prior to shipment. Massachusetts customers pay 5% sales tax.Clocks may be returned, with advance notice, within 5 days for full refund if correctly packed, shipped, and insured at your expense and received in the same condition as originally sent.
• No-charge warranty service will be done only at Bell-Time Clocks; shipping, delivery, and housecall charges are not covered by our guarantee.
